So I had seen a screw head sticking out of the tread of one my tires and heard the "tck-tck-tck-tck" sound it makes as I was driving to work. After I got off I brought my car to Marc Yount's because it was a name I remember hearing on radio or in conversation. I was met with great customer service and friendly smiles(rare at car service shops). I even ended up feeling a little silly since they couldn't find any screw or puncture to my tire. The nice tech even took me back and showed me the tire to reassure me. I dont remember catching the name of the man with the reddish beard at the counter but he assured me I hadn't wasted their time and that the screw had probably worked itself out after not fully puncturing through the tire and told me I didn't owe them a dime with a really genuine smile. Even though I didn't have to purchase anything today, I plan to come back and give my business and remmendations to Marc Yount's with any problems in the future just because how honest and welcoming they were.
