I made an appointment after a friend recommendation. The experience was so excellent. I was a first time customer and the experience was great. The car was serviced at the appointed time, ready for pick up, clean, and the cost was better than I expected. I found a home for my car repairs.

I received the BEST customer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The restroom was clean, and it had a nice changing area for babies for customers who need it. I will absolutely use Marc Yount in the future.

They patched my tire and gave me a great estimate on replacing my tires when needed. They are the only tire shop I have used that DID NOT scratch my rims.

Was able to get in several days sooner than expect to get my A/C fixed. Everyone was super helpful and super friendly. Got my A/C fixed in a couple hours and will definitely go to Yount's for any future repairs.
