Went in to see if they would patch a single tire that was not purchased there (one of the big companies said it couldn’t be done). Mr. Yount’s company repaired it very quickly and even reinstalled the tire on my vehicle. They even put the spare back in its storage location. Not only did they do all of this quickly and professionally, while we were waiting Mr. Yount and the two gentlemen at the front desk were so sweet to my 7 year old daughter. They gave her a mini tire pressure gauge and a lesson on how to use it. We will 100% be doing business here again. Owner is clearly a good guy running a good business.

I purchased tires for my daughter’s automobile in metro Atlanta and one of the tires blew out on interstate 20 in/near Augusta. Through coordinated efforts I found myself dialoging with Marc Yount’s. He informed me that the rim needed to be replaced along with the tire. I ordered the rim. Marc kept me informed every step of the way! This business man has earned my business as well as my respect. We always hear about terrible experiences from businesses who cheat their customers; however, I vouch for Marc Yount’s: he’s a good man who operates an excellent business!!!

I had a nail in my tire and this company not only fixed the tire temporarily with a plug for free, but actually recommended I contact the dealer to see if a replacement would be covered for free and to see if they had one in stock as it would take them a couple days to get a replacement and I was planning a long road trip the end of the week! This was amazing customer service in my eyes. As it turned out, it would have taken the dealer a couple days as well to get the tire….so yes, they earned my business for life that day and the highest recommendations! I was so impressed I of their service I took a picture of their mission statement and posted about them in my social media accounts! This is them, true to heart!
