After I decided what tires I wanted, I checked around a few places for price and services. I had sent an email for a quote at Marc Yount's. They got back to me immediately and the price was right which included an alignment, if needed. They also balance and rotate the tires for free and for a small fee have road hazard warranty. One of the other places I checked didn't do alignments and would have had to take it to another place for that after tire purchase. Jeff at Marc Yount's was who I spoke to and scheduled the service appointment. He answered all of my questions and was very nice. I dropped my car off the night before and it was ready to pick up the next morning within 2 hours after opening. They had a $40 off coupon for new customers on their website that Jeff used on my purchase. I usually go to the dealership for service on my car, but I may start going to Marc Yount's instead. Service department people at dealerships never stay very long and you wind up having to deal with someone different every time you go for an oil change. The gentlemen at Marc Yount's have been there for years and Jeff made me feel at home when I opened the door. I am loving the new tires on my car I purchased at Marc Yount's! Very happy with Marc Yount’s. When you purchase your tires from them, you become part of a family. Free tires rotations every 5000 miles is a breeze. Just have to call for an appointment and you are in and out.
