Tire Sidewall Information
Having a closer look at your wheels, you will see a lot of numbers and text, but don't get scared. Three of those numbers are important for you to know. From left to right, the numbers mean - tire width, aspect ratio, and diameter.
For example, we will take one of the most common tire sizes, 225/65R17. The First number, 225, means that the distance between sidewall to sidewall is 225 millimeters. The second, 65, refers to the tire's height being 65% of the width. Finally, the third, 17, is for the wheel diameter it fits.
