I am usually pleased with the service here, but this last time I was not. They always do a good job trying to get me in and out when rotating my tires and oil change, but upon check out Marc brought up how my drive axels needed replaced. He was extremely passive aggressive and rude when he said “I said you needed them replaced the last time, but didn’t get it done did you?” When I asked for him to write it down he also said “I’ve written it down before, but I’ll do it again.” I will not be returning.
I am so sorry that this was your experience, Ashley. This is not how we want anyone to feel after leaving our shop. Please accept my apology on behalf of Marc; I know that his intention was to stress the importance of the needed repair, but it should never come across as rude or passive aggressive.
