Very knowledgeable and took the time to share that knowledge. Received an alignment and then had problems immediately following. They took my car right back in and re did the alignment. No extra charge/no hassles. Highly recommend.

Had taken my car to the dealership because my check engine light was on and they told me they had to keep the car for 24 to 48 hours just to run a diagnostic check on my SUV and it cost $160 dollars. Had no rental cars available. Being single and working I had to find ways to work and home. Trying to rent a car from rental places are nothing but a joke. They told me I needed a new thermostat and quoted me a price of $1,200!!! I was of course floored. Not only at the price but at the fact they were going to have my car a possible two more days or more. My boss told me about Marc Yount’s and said they were ethical and had pretty reasonable rates. I called them told them my story and they quoted me a lower price and they would only need to have it for a day. So they got the car the next day and told me right away that they would contact me if there were any issues. They did run into a problem because they had to get a part from the dealership but they didn’t have it in stock so had to order it and it would be the next day. They did get it back to me by noon the next day. Thank you to Marc Yount’s. They are more than a tire store. Will be contacting them first any time I have an auto problem as well as need tires.
