Honest mechanics! Someone I knew raised my car on a faulty jack. With that, it dropped causing the worse scrubbing/ dragging noise imaginable when turning right. Like a human, I ran to Google for an explanation. It was my wheel bearings. I panicked, as I had an interview the next day. I woke up as early as possible and Googled mechanics. Marc Yount's shop populated, and they were kind enough to see me. I told them what I found to be the cause. I was ready and fully prepared to pay $500-800 that morning. Long story short, the mechanic checked my car and told me a piece of plastic (from the car) fell down when it dropped, so he wielded it back to together. I was ONLY charged their $59 diagnostic charge (which if I may add is cheaper than all of the shops I called). They could have lied. They knew I was prepared to pay. This mechanic shop is honest which is one of the most important qualities I look for in an auto shop. I will definitely use them in the future!
