I don't come in often because I do all my own maintenance and repairs but I won't go ANYWHERE else for tire replacements or alignments. I trust these guys to take good care of my vehicles when I am not around and they have never let me down. Even though I don't come around much, they know me by name. Needless to say I highly reccomend this shop!

I try to do most "small" maintenance upkeep on my truck but hands down- I only trust Marc, Jeff, Jessica and the rest of the crew to take care of my vehicle if it goes past my knowledge-base. I love the fact that they're straight shooters and don't dance around the facts, they're so incredibly kind and reassuring when I stupidly wait wayyyy too long to get it into the shop. While I may not come in as often as I should to protect the longevity of my vehicle, his team has made a lasting impression on me that I will not go anywhere else to take care of vehicle needs.

I am usually pleased with the service here, but this last time I was not. They always do a good job trying to get me in and out when rotating my tires and oil change, but upon check out Marc brought up how my drive axels needed replaced. He was extremely passive aggressive and rude when he said “I said you needed them replaced the last time, but didn’t get it done did you?” When I asked for him to write it down he also said “I’ve written it down before, but I’ll do it again.” I will not be returning.

Found out nothing was wrong with my brakes and didn’t charge me. Thanks guys!

They do care about quality service here, and it has a very "hometown" feel. My only issue is they sometimes get a bit overly "helpful" or you might say a bit pushy. I have had them add unauthorized items, and get quite forward in demanding I return for certain items. I do appreciate the concern but also I am an adult, paying customer so perhaps a bit more respect is in order. Overall, good work and honest service!
