Marc and his team are my only choice for car repairs in Augusta. I am treated fairly and all repairs are explained to me in great detail. They also retain all service records in immaculate order should you need to refer to any previous repairs. From seemingly complicated jobs to minute ones, I trust their knowledge and reliability. Marc Yount's Tire Pros does a tremendous job at fitting me in with a moment's notice. They were even so kind to replace my tail light at no charge (I supplied the bulb). Best customer service I've had. I would recommend them to anyone needing car repair or maintenance. I had several requests that normally would be rejected but they were very accommodating.

I went to Randal about tires for my Silverado truck & told him I liked Michelin's tires. He suggested the new" Defender" tires for my truck. What a difference ! Smooth, quiet,the perfect match for my needs. Two weeks later I called Marc about new tires for my BMW 750il and found out I could not get the Michelin's I wanted because they had been discontinued.Because of the unusual sizes, Marc suggested a new Continental tire that was out.They are perfect! This man has great advice, listen to him. Wonderful ride, long lasting, perfect for my real estate showing car. Jermie did alignment on both cars & brought them both to a near perfect alignment .They give you a report "before" and "after" of alignment specs .Having grown up in a Olds- Cadillac-GMC dealership, I recognize quality service and know when I get it. These are guys that you can trust to give you the truth about your tires, and work with you to get you the best tires for your needs.

Brought a tire to this shop to get repaired after another shop attempted to up sell by telling me my tire was not repairable and needed a new tire. Brought it over to this shop and was told otherwise. Outstanding and quick service. Brought my car back to replace all 4 tires and had another great experience. Highly recommended. The only shop I'm dealing with from now on.
