Amazing service. They have a quote then found out they didn't have to do as much as they thought and readjusted the quote to what needed to be done only. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Meh! I used to go here but scheduling is inconvenient if you are busy. Marc reminds me of the mechanic from Seinfeld. He is pushy in his "expert" opinion and can make you feel a little smaller if he didn't think you cared for your car. Prices are comparable to other dealerships. The front desk guys are knowledgeable about tires. I don't go there anymore because of Marc's highbrow attitude.

Quick in and out. Getting to the building is stressful at certain times, since traffic has grown around it.

Had a tire that leaked air. I went in on a Monday afternoon at 3pm and they were able to get a nail out of it and patch the tire in 30 minutes or so. Great service.

Great folks. Quick, reasonable, and easy to work with. I had tires shipped in from an online vendor and due to some scheduling issues on my part they were nice enough to hold the tires for me in their backroom for almost 5 months, no complaints/questions. I asked for custom alignment specs as well and they were happy to oblige with accurate work. The true definition of a friendly neighborhood store.

I had some custom wheels installed from a Atlanta dealer and unbelievably they left off the hub rings. I took the car back because of the shaking and the owner at the Atlanta shop said everything was ok but when I reach speeds around 70mph the car would shake again. Upon doing my research I was thinking it was the balance so I was looking for a shop who utilized a Road Force Balancer. To my luck when I called Marc Younts he had the machine. Not only did they perform a perfect balance but he also informed me that the dealer in Atlanta didn't install the Hub Rings in the rear and the balance was not done correctly. He also noted a major leak I had that the Audi manufacture is taking care of and the correct tire pressure that my wheels need to be at. If you're looking for honesty and competency I highly recommend Marc Yount;s. I will continue to do business with them.
