I've tried to like this shop and try to support local business when I can but I've had too many poor experiences with this shop. I've bought two sets of tires from them, the quality of the work has always been good but the rest of the experience always sucks. It's always tough to get an appointment and their hours are not convenient. While most of the front desk staff I've interacted with have been pleasant, the owner is pretentious and abrasive. The first time I went there, my vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke inside when I picked it up. Not cool. I did get an apology and a coupon for the next time. No issues the second time except that the owner gave me a hard time about my tire selection. I spend a considerable amount of time on the road and I have become particular about my tires. I appreciate some information but the way this unsolicited advice was delivered was haughty and pretentious. My tire selection ended up being exactly what I wanted and I was happy with the tires... This last time I used their website to schedule an appointment because it's otherwise very difficult to get some time scheduled. That didn't work. I got an automated email reply and never got anything else. After no response for a week, I found the time to drive to the shop. No one knew anything about my request via the website. I started to explain the service I wanted and the owner interrupted and started telling me about what I needed and punching the numbers on a calculator before I could even finish talking. I am not mechanically ignorant, I just don't have the time anymore to do my own work but this guy treated me like I was clueless. He bullrushes me into scheduling an appointment that wasn't really the service I wanted or even at a convenient time for me. I decided after leaving and feeling bamboozled that I'll go somewhere else. Two stars instead of one because I think the guys in the shop do good work. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience is awful. I won't be back.
Mr. Odem, I would like to thank you for your past business, and apologize on behalf of the entire staff if you feel like you were treated poorly. We strive to provide the best service and customer experience possible. Additionally, I'm sorry if you feel that our hours are not convenient; this is something that we too struggle with as we try to find an accommodating schedule for both our customers and employees. As to your complaint about the website scheduling, I have been working closely with our website manager to find out why the message didn't not make it to us in store.
