I found them to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They did a road balancing on our brand new truck's tires, fixing the problem that the dealer couldn't even identify after 3 visits.

Took my car in for an oil change and what I expected to be a brake job. I had been told by a local dealership that my brakes needed replacing the last time I had an oil change there. The service technician at Yount's did a complete brake inspection and told me that I had at least 30-40% remaining life on my brakes. I asked Marc his opinion and he said although there was some slight squeaking that my rotors and pads were good for now. He did NOT recommend replacing at this time. I really appreciate him making an honest assessment when he could have easily told me to go ahead and replace them now. That is the type of INTEGRITY you need in a mechanic. Thanks so much for your honesty. I will continue servicing my vehicles at Marc Yount's.

Amazing service. They have a quote then found out they didn't have to do as much as they thought and readjusted the quote to what needed to be done only. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Meh! I used to go here but scheduling is inconvenient if you are busy. Marc reminds me of the mechanic from Seinfeld. He is pushy in his "expert" opinion and can make you feel a little smaller if he didn't think you cared for your car. Prices are comparable to other dealerships. The front desk guys are knowledgeable about tires. I don't go there anymore because of Marc's highbrow attitude.
