I found them to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They did a road balancing on our brand new truck's tires, fixing the problem that the dealer couldn't even identify after 3 visits.

Took my car in for an oil change and what I expected to be a brake job. I had been told by a local dealership that my brakes needed replacing the last time I had an oil change there. The service technician at Yount's did a complete brake inspection and told me that I had at least 30-40% remaining life on my brakes. I asked Marc his opinion and he said although there was some slight squeaking that my rotors and pads were good for now. He did NOT recommend replacing at this time. I really appreciate him making an honest assessment when he could have easily told me to go ahead and replace them now. That is the type of INTEGRITY you need in a mechanic. Thanks so much for your honesty. I will continue servicing my vehicles at Marc Yount's.
