We have been taking our 6 vehicles to Mark Yount's for many years now for tires, brakes, routine maintenance and repairs because they have earned my trust. I appreciate the respectful, courteous, friendly interactions of each visit no matter who is sitting behind the desk. Service is quick and charges are reasonable. Their professionalism leaves you feeling taken care of instead of feeling ripped off or as just another car on the assembly line. Thanks, Mark and staff, for doing a great job.

Best customer service I've had. I would recommend them to anyone needing car repair or maintenance. I had several requests that normally would be rejected but they were very accommodating.

I went to Randal about tires for my Silverado truck & told him I liked Michelin's tires. He suggested the new" Defender" tires for my truck. What a difference ! Smooth, quiet,the perfect match for my needs. Two weeks later I called Marc about new tires for my BMW 750il and found out I could not get the Michelin's I wanted because they had been discontinued.Because of the unusual sizes, Marc suggested a new Continental tire that was out.They are perfect! This man has great advice, listen to him. Wonderful ride, long lasting, perfect for my real estate showing car. Jermie did alignment on both cars & brought them both to a near perfect alignment .They give you a report "before" and "after" of alignment specs .Having grown up in a Olds- Cadillac-GMC dealership, I recognize quality service and know when I get it. These are guys that you can trust to give you the truth about your tires, and work with you to get you the best tires for your needs.

Brought a tire to this shop to get repaired after another shop attempted to up sell by telling me my tire was not repairable and needed a new tire. Brought it over to this shop and was told otherwise. Outstanding and quick service. Brought my car back to replace all 4 tires and had another great experience. Highly recommended. The only shop I'm dealing with from now on.

My family has been using Marc Yount's for over 25 years and we have always been extremely pleased with the level of service and honesty we receive. Very quick service and extremely professional. My grandfather recently bought a full set of tires for his van and was extremely pleased with the mounting and balancing that is done - "Rides like a dream!"

I got my truck tires mounted and balanced here from the recommendation of a relative, best advice he has given me. I scheduled an appointment, dropped my truck off, picked it up same day. Great service, they even gave me a booklet to record tire rotations. The service was so good, that I can't see myself going anywhere else. This is now my only tire shop.
