Mark and company have taken care of our car and truck tires for years - i would not go anywhere else for this important part of vehicle ownership. The store is clean with a nice waiting area; service is prompt; folks are friendly and . . . they are ALL knowledgeable about their business which is tires. You cannot go wrong here at Mark Yount's Tire Pros.

Great Service, I have used Marc's for all three of my high mileage vehicles. They give straight forward advice, keep great records, and prioritize the maintenance as your budget allows. They also hold the highest industry certifications. This is a rare find for auto repair shops - people you can trust that value your relationship, automobile, and wallet.

I've tried to like this shop and try to support local business when I can but I've had too many poor experiences with this shop. I've bought two sets of tires from them, the quality of the work has always been good but the rest of the experience always sucks. It's always tough to get an appointment and their hours are not convenient. While most of the front desk staff I've interacted with have been pleasant, the owner is pretentious and abrasive. The first time I went there, my vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke inside when I picked it up. Not cool. I did get an apology and a coupon for the next time. No issues the second time except that the owner gave me a hard time about my tire selection. I spend a considerable amount of time on the road and I have become particular about my tires. I appreciate some information but the way this unsolicited advice was delivered was haughty and pretentious. My tire selection ended up being exactly what I wanted and I was happy with the tires... This last time I used their website to schedule an appointment because it's otherwise very difficult to get some time scheduled. That didn't work. I got an automated email reply and never got anything else. After no response for a week, I found the time to drive to the shop. No one knew anything about my request via the website. I started to explain the service I wanted and the owner interrupted and started telling me about what I needed and punching the numbers on a calculator before I could even finish talking. I am not mechanically ignorant, I just don't have the time anymore to do my own work but this guy treated me like I was clueless. He bullrushes me into scheduling an appointment that wasn't really the service I wanted or even at a convenient time for me. I decided after leaving and feeling bamboozled that I'll go somewhere else. Two stars instead of one because I think the guys in the shop do good work. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience is awful. I won't be back.

Thank you Marc and team for taking such great care of my "crisis" yesterday. Finding a screw in my tire was not what I needed, but after taking my vehicle to your shop and finding out it hadn't penetrated the tire, was a relief. Your customer service is always top notch and the reason we continue to use your business. I so appreciate you!

Their staff is friendly, the service was quick, their price is reasonable. I can't recommend them enough. Had a positive experience and they definitely earned my business. Especially if you are a car guy, check them out. They know what they are talking about.

Marc and his team are my only choice for car repairs in Augusta. I am treated fairly and all repairs are explained to me in great detail. They also retain all service records in immaculate order should you need to refer to any previous repairs. From seemingly complicated jobs to minute ones, I trust their knowledge and reliability. Marc Yount's Tire Pros does a tremendous job at fitting me in with a moment's notice. They were even so kind to replace my tail light at no charge (I supplied the bulb). Thank you so much for ensuring my safety in my vehicle!
